SIMONDS HOMES

Simonds Homes are a national award-winning home builder which was established in 1949. One of the leading builders in Victoria, their expansion into New South Wales in 2016 required several design deliverables including flyers and numerous welcome brochures for the various display homes around the state.

Other designs for the brand included an in-depth brochure highlighting the standard inclusions for each room in the home, alongside their current promotional offerings. Numerous invitations were also designed by Lucreative, in both digital and print formats, to invite those within the industry to our display home openings in NSW.
